Redoubtables WCC

Welcome to Redoubtables WCC!

Redoubtables Women's Cricket Club are looking for players, umpires, scorers, volunteers and coaches.

It's a game that England can boast we're the best in the world at - the women's team that is, not the men!

England have just returned from the World Cup with the trophy, so whether you're English and want to play like them, or Australian/Kiwi/West Indian/from anywhere else and want revenge, come and join us!

We practice on Thursday evenings and play matches most Sundays. We play 50 and 40 over league, and 20 over cup competitions. We also have a thriving junior section. All our training and home games are played at our home ground in Plough Lane, Wallington, SM6 8JQ.

A bit more about us

Redoubtables are one of the largest clubs in Surrey and the oldest surviving women's club in the country, and second oldest club in the world! We currently run two league teams, a cup team, a friendly team and we have a growing junior section who play in the Surrey U13 and U15 leagues. In 2009 we have also entered the Surrey Trust League and the Super 6s Cup competition.

We are always looking for new players of any age or ability, so come and join us!

If you are interested in any way in Redoubtables, contact Sarah Clarke, Secretary and Fixtures Secretary, by emailing redoubtables@hotmail.com or call 07921 144124

Cricket for Change (formerly the LCCA) has an unparalleled track record in providing cricketing opportunities to young people living on housing estates, and young people with a disability.

Our work now comprises Urban inner city programmes, using our "Street20" version of the game; our Disability programme "Hit The Top" and our purpose built Cricket Centre HQ based in Wallington, Surrey (which is the ECB's only focus club for women’s' and girls' cricket and is being developed as a year-round disability cricket training centre).
